We Hate Church – Promotional Billboard
I don’t think A Little Leaven Blog likes this sign. However, church in America (in a general broad stroke) has become something that promotes tradition while nullifying the word of God. In fact there are a number of churches that promote evil rather than listening to Jesus Christ. Which is the key verse for anyone who wants to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. It’s in fact the last command the Father ever gave verbally to a group of people.
“This is my Son, whom I have chosen; listen to him.” – Luke 9:35
While we aren’t sure of the intent of the sign it caught our eye and would certainly spark conversation and questions among those seeking the truth. What is it that the Father and His Son expect in return from us? More of the same or something different than what we were raised with in the present culture? We rate the idea two thumbs up.
OKLAHOMA CITY – Drivers on NW Expressway near Wilshire were shocked and confused by this new roadside message.
An attention grabber it is, but we wanted to know what’s behind the billboard. One Metro driver said, “I wouldn’t put something like that up. I don’t understand it.” Another said, “It’s appalling someone would put up a sign like that!”.
