Position Description
The following is job description for an intern to work with youth in a teen Christian coffee house style atmosphere. The description is as follows:
- Must be a Christian with a desire to work in the ministry.
- Be willing to conduct/lead a discussion each evening the center is open, both Friday and Saturday nights.
- Must encourage youth participation.
- Will be in charge of evening activities (Friday/Saturday) such as, games, entertainment and/or bands.
- Visit local churches and share The Filling Station mission.
- Must be willing to organize and lead fund raising activities. Youth participation is mandatory with this activity.
- Will be required to arrange adult supervision each night The Filling Station is open for 50 to 70 youth.
- Must be willing and able to maintain a safe and secure environment for all who enter the building.
