First Christian Church of Derby, Kansas is seeking a full-time worship minister. We are a young church with an average worship attendance of 750. We have a contemporary worship style with 2 identical Sunday morning worship services. Duties would include leading worship, recruiting and working with the praise band and vocalists, planning and overseeing all aspects of the worship service including audio and video as well as drama and some special programs. We are looking for someone who desires to serve as a team player with 5 other full time ministers on staff.
Salary package includes medical and dental insurance as well as retirement benefits.
