Position Description
Youth Pastor
Non-denominational church with attendance of 501-750. Responsibilities: lead and minister to Jr. High and Sr. High School students, developing healthy, spiritual disciples of Christ; work as a team with Sr. Pastor and other staff members; outreach to local schools; help with innovative ideas of ministry, technology and evangelism; oversee youth budget, activities, trips, conferences and events.
