Position DescriptionYouth Minister Position
We are currently searching for someone to fill the role as our youth minister. A successful candidate will have a passion for youth ministry and a desire to do youth ministry from nursery through grade 12. A competitve salary is offered along with health insurance and professional reimbursement. At least a seven year commitment is desired with the full-time staff member being granted a two month sabbatical for the purpose of professional enhancement. Candidate must be team oriented and willing to show deference to the Preaching Pastor who will be directly accountable to the Eldership for job assessment and recommendations. FCC is an Elder-led congregation with Staff being encouraged and directed to carry out the prescribed vision of the Eldership.
