Position DescriptionHillcrest Christian Church, McKinney, Texas, is seeking a senior minister. We are an independent Christian church, established in 1905, with a debt-free, 23-yr. old building, whose minister is retiring. Located in a fast-growing city, 30 miles north of Dallas, our Sunday morning worship averages 140. Present staff consists of a full-time youth minister, a part-time worship minister and part-time secretary. The candidate should be a graduate of an independent Christian church Bible College. He will have leadership and preaching experience that has demonstrated success in accomplishing the Great Commission.
