Position DescriptionSenior Minister
Tucker (GA) Christian Church, a small multi-cultural congregation with no debt, located in a suburb of Atlanta, is seeking an experienced Senior Minister. Presently the average attendance is about 60 each Sunday, but the potential for growth is appreciable.
Candidates must be a graduate of a Christian Church/Church of Christ Bible College, Seminary or University, and be adherent to restoration doctrines. A Senior Minister who could work with our Education ministry in planning youth programs and events, and be available to attend some of those outings, is desirable.
We do not have a precise target date for calling a minister, but it is our hope and expectation to do so by the end of 2010. This early notice will allow us to receive resumes or inquires from interested candidates and allow time for coordinating relocation plans with TCC’s readiness to call a minister. All resumes received will be handled confidentially and acknowledged as soon as practical.
